Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges.

Exceptions

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ambrixz.skin@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
